Sometimes it's necessary to run some tests or debug specific issues in Blesta. Here are some common things you may need to do, or may be instructed to do by support, when something goes wrong.
📄️ End of Life Policy
Each release goes through three stages: ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT, SUPPORTED DEVELOPMENT, and UNSUPPORTED. When a release is no longer supported it is considered End of Life. Users running unsupported version should consider upgrading as soon as possible.

📄️ Moving Blesta
Your ~/config/blesta.php file contains a very important encryption key that must be copied over to the new server. If you do a fresh install, and only copy your database, YOU WILL BREAK YOUR INSTALLATION. You should copy your database and all of your files.

Do not report security vulnerabilities on the forums. Please report security vulnerabilities only in accordance with the Responsible Disclosure Policy.
