Blesta 6.0 introduces AI features across the admin UI, powered by the Blesta AI service. AI is a system-level setting and is disabled by default — you must configure an API key under Settings > System > AI and acknowledge the privacy notice before any feature becomes available.

📄️ Chatbot
The AI Chatbot is a conversational assistant for staff embedded in the admin UI. It's designed to help with Blesta-specific questions — billing flows, module setup, automation, plugin management, security best practices — and to provide developer-oriented help for SQL reports, API queries, and extension development.
📄️ Email Templates
The email template editor under Settings > Company > Emails includes an AI Content Assistant that can generate new email content from scratch or rewrite existing content. The assistant understands the available email template tags and the data those tags will be populated with at send time.
📄️ HTML Templates
In addition to per-email AI generation, Blesta 6.0 includes AI assistance for the HTML templates that wrap your email bodies. HTML templates control the outer markup, branding, and styling that every email uses, so AI here is helpful for producing on-brand, well-structured outer shells without writing email-safe HTML by hand.
