- Once the license holder wishes to transfer the license, the ticket must be updated, or a new ticket opened with a transfer request. The request should include the new owners full name and email address.
- A transfer fee of $25 must be paid by the original purchaser on in order to complete the transfer. Effective for transfers that occur on or after Jan 1, 2015, If transferred before this date, there is no transfer fee.
